Our consultants and associates can be deployed and utilised in a number of ways from performing operational roles covering long term leave or temporary peaks in demand, through to project definition, delivery and management.

Selection Phase
- Provide a shortlist from our pool of experts for consideration
- Review the proposed experts and their resumes
Interview Phase
- Shortlisted experts have introductory meeting with client
- Client decision on best-fit expert
- Start date and methods of working agreed
Run Phase
- Expert performs the agreed interim role(s)
- iCore periodically reviews progress with client.
iCore also offers assurance, that should our consultant become unavailable for any reason, to work with you to supply another equally capable subject matter expert.
